Dj Abuelito

I was born and raised in the Bronx and grew listening to all genres of music. As I grew older I gravitated to Salsa and Latin Jazz. I worked for NYC Transit for 36 years before retiring in 2016. In 2019 I was introduced to Mundo Salsa Radio by DJ Ray Ramos and became an avid listener to his show and eventually all of the live shows. In January of 2021, I broadcasted my first show on Mundo Salsa Radio. I enjoy listening to music, traveling and working out. I have 8 grandkids and that’s why I am DJ Abuelito.
